Sparling Music Studio Refund/Return Policies
Digitally Downloaded Products:
In general, since digitally downloaded products are able to be copied or duplicated upon download completion, we do not accept nor issue refunds for these products due to buyer’s remorse or for any other reason. Any exceptions to this policy will be made at the sole discretion of Sparling Music Studio (henceforth SMS) based on circumstances and our judgement. Any unlawful duplication and/or distribution of SMS digital products other than for personal use is forbidden.

Return policy:
Since physical items sold on the SMS web store are custom printed, fulfilled and shipped by a 3rd party called Printful we are unable to accept returns except in the case of damaged goods or incorrect product shipped by Printful (wrong product or size etc).

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact Printful Customer Service and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
The return address is set by default to the Printful facility from where it was shipped. If after contacting SMS (and receiving a Return Authorization) you are instructed to return an item, please use the return address on the package.
Wrong Address:
If an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout SMS may require an additional shipping fee to re-ship the order to the correct address.
